Concerned About SCN? Start with a Free Sample and the Right Protection

Soybean cyst nematode, or SCN, is one of the most damaging soybean pests because it attacks roots below the soil surface and can reduce yield without obvious symptoms. Many growers may not realize they have SCN until the damage is already done.

That is why early testing and protection matter. If you suspect SCN may be present in your fields, you can send in one free sample to Brookside Labs to help identify the issue and better understand your risk. It is a simple step that can provide valuable insight before the season moves forward.

If SCN is a concern, Victrato® seed treatment offers an added layer of protection at planting. Starting with the right seed treatment can help protect your soybeans from the beginning and support stronger performance throughout the season.

If you think SCN could be affecting your acres, contact your Tri-Ag agronomist to talk through sampling, results, and whether Victrato is the right fit for your operation.
